So everyone wants to lose weight, it might be for one reason or another. My reason for loosing weight was to keep my blood glucose level in check, but it shouldn’t matter the reason for loosing weight, you should do it no matter the reason.
That said, I’m now running into a different issue with weight lost which is, my darn clothes don’t fit anymore. With weight lost comes a whole wardrobe change, so when you’re shooting for that low weight on the scale you have to remember that it comes with a cost of buying all new clothes. So remember to factor in when you’re starting your workout regimen.
That said, go out and exercise, loose that weight and donate them big boy pants you don’t wear anymore.
