It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve removed the FB app from my phone & only access it on iPad or Computer a few times per day. Gotta say I don’t miss it at all.
Matter of fact, I kind of feel like I got some time back during my day not having to check it often because it’s not on my phone and do take some work to get on a Mac or iPad to check it. Apart from saving the time I have also saved a lot of data on my device along the way.
Someone who uses about 10-15 gigabytes of data each month, I can clearly see a sharp drop in the data being used over the past two weeks.
Now let’s see how long I can keep the Facebook app off my iPhone going forward. Let’s hear if anyone else have the same views.
Anyone living with high blood sugar would understand that consistency is great especially when your blood glucose is at the manageable number you can live with.
When it jumps up for no apparent reason we all know that’s when you start scratching your head wondeing, where did I go wrong again?
I have had one of those days over the past 24hrs. Waking up with high glucose, kept going higher, dropped like a rock and starts going up again.
It’s time to buckle down and get back to basics, that is food basics.
Also any company that can invent a non invasive way of getting my glucose levels, such as finger pricks can have my money.
Being a big fan of the Linkin Park group in the past I was really hoping they did something for the die hard fans now but, I’m done! This is not what I wanted to hear from the group.
Might as well just listen to Justin Bieber instead.
The softest album I’ve heard in a long time, not an album I’d listen to again.
